Founder Divya Chawla joined the Summit's opening panel, "Equity, Accessibility & Innovation," alongside clinical and industry leaders from across India's fertility ecosystem, to discuss how technology can close long-standing gaps in patient experience during IVF treatment.
The panel focused on the structural barriers patients face today — from inconsistent communication between clinics and patients to the absence of tools that support adherence and continuity across a treatment cycle. Ferva's participation centered on a core thesis: that patient dropout and disengagement during IVF are not primarily behavioral problems, but infrastructure problems — the result of care journeys that were never built with continuity in mind.
"Patients don't fall through the cracks because clinicians don't care," said Chawla. "They fall through because the systems around them weren't designed to keep them held together between visits."
The recognition reflects Ferva's ongoing work building a patient engagement platform purpose-built for fertility clinics — combining structured cycle tracking, medication adherence support, and two-way clinical messaging into a single patient-facing experience, paired with a companion portal for clinic teams.
Ferva Health is currently piloting its platform with fertility clinics in India, with a US expansion roadmap underway.
