Kickoff Call
A 60-minute call with the Ferva team. We map your clinical workflow, discuss which patients to enrol, and confirm the EMR integration approach. No technical knowledge required from your side.
Setup & Training
Our team configures your clinic dashboard, sets up EMR sync, and runs a 1–2 hour training session with your coordinators and physicians. Patients receive simple onboarding instructions and download the app.
Go Live
Your first cohort of patients is enrolled. From day one, they receive daily guidance, medication reminders, and direct access to your team. Your clinic dashboard is live and showing real-time engagement.
Ongoing Support & Check-ins
Fortnightly check-ins with our team to review engagement data, address any questions, and make adjustments. You have a dedicated Slack channel with the Ferva team throughout the pilot.

We currently support integrations with leading fertility clinic systems and most major EMRs used in India and the US. If you use a system we haven't integrated with yet, we'll scope it as part of onboarding — this is typically a 1–2 week technical process.

After the initial 1–2 hour training, most coordinators spend around 15–20 minutes per day reviewing the dashboard and acting on alerts. The system is designed to reduce total admin time, not add to it.
