Yes — Ferva is always free for patients. Your clinic pays for the platform. You simply download the app and connect using your clinic's code.

Currently, Ferva is available through partner clinics. If your clinic isn't on Ferva yet, you can ask them to apply for the pilot program — or contact us and we'll reach out to them directly on your behalf.

Protocol updates made by your clinic are pushed to your app automatically. You'll receive a notification, and your daily guidance will update immediately — so you're always following the most current instructions.

Partner access is on our roadmap. Currently, you can share your app with your partner to view together, and we'll have a dedicated partner view in a future release.

Yes. Community usernames are self-chosen and unlinked from your real identity or health data. No real names, no photos, no identifying information is required or displayed.

You can message your clinic's care team through Ferva's secure channel — your coordinator, nurse, or physician, depending on how your clinic has configured their team. All messages are HIPAA-compliant and private.
